Industry & Entrepreneurial Experience

Prior to my academic career in Canada, I founded and led two educational and IT businesses—Institute of Management & IT and Adroitis Solutions—serving over 30 staff and a wide base of students and clients. These ventures provided training in Microsoft Certifications, Java, and IT solutions for small to mid-sized organizations.

My business background enriches my teaching, especially in areas where strategy, technology, and operations intersect.

Whether I’m teaching in a classroom, mentoring students, writing research papers, or developing learning tools, my work is always centered around one goal: to empower others with knowledge and practical skills that create lasting impact.
